Our Global Human Rights policy sets out standards, expectations and commitments in relation to our responsibility to respect and promote human rights within our own company and to not, knowingly, contribute to the violations of human rights by other parties.

PARENTAL LEAVE POLICY

At Banks Holdings Limited, we grant our mothers an extra month of maternity leave, the Primary Caregiver is granted 16 weeks of paid salary. We also recognize the father in this process, 2 weeks paid leave is provided for the secondary caregiver.
