Mr. Caio Ramos is graduate in Law from State of Parana University and has also completed the Ambev Executive MBA Program at Sao Paulo Business School in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Ramos also completed the Program on Corporate Reputation from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California in 2018. Mr. Ramos joined AmBev in 2002 and has accumulated 16 years' experience in legal, corporate affairs and strategy development.

Mr. Jose Infante was appointed Country Manager of Banks Holdings Limited in 2018. He joined Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana (CND) in 2010, as a Finance Coordinator. Following AB InBev�s acquisition of CND in 2012, Mr. Infante quickly moved through the company�s ranks. During his eight years at AB InBev,

Mr. Infante has worked in various departments, including human resources, labour relations and sales. Most recently, he worked as CND�s commercial manager for two years before his appointment in Barbados. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University in the Dominican Republic. He also has a Master�s in Business Administration from the Barna Business School in the Dominican Republic.

Mr. Fernando Guimares is the Finance and Solutions Director with responsibility for the CAC region within the Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana (CND) in the Dominican Republic.

Mr. Guimar�es joined AMBEV in 2004 through the company�s Management Trainee Programme and has also held the positions of Planning and Performance Coordinator and Operations Manager in his 14 years with the company. Mr. Guimar�es holds a Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and an Executive MBA from Brazil�s COPPEAD Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Fatima Vinas is an experienced finance executive with over 30 years of successful financial management.

Currently, Ms. Vinas is the Control and Taxes Director for the Central America and Caribbean region at Cerveceria Nacional Dominica where she leads the accounting, taxes and internal control processes for several countries in the area. Ms. Vinas joined CND in 2000 and has worked in several capacities, including as a Corporate Cost Manager, Marketing Administrative Coordinator and Finance Director. She is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Cat�lica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo with qualifications in Business Administration, and has a Master�s in Business from the Barna Management School.

A member of the BHL Board since November 13th 1997, Mr. Cozier is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).

He joined the staff at Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited in 1979 as an Accountant. He was appointed Chief Accountant in 1985 and six years later, General Manager of another Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) subsidiary, the Barbados Bottling Company (BBC). His dedication and commitment was further rewarded in 1999, when he was appointed Managing Director and CEO of the BHL Group comprising Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited, Barbados Dairy Industries Limited (Pine Hill Dairy), Barbados Bottling Co. Limited and B&B Distribution Ltd. (now Banks Distribution Limited). He is a current member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, represents The Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry on the Board of The Barbados Stock Exchange and is an independent director on the Board of The Barbados Private Sector Association.

Mr. Elvin Sealy is a retired Airline Executive having worked with British Airways in the Caribbean for over 39 years. On his retirement in August 2006 he held the post of Regional Manager South Caribbean and had served in numerous regional management positions in the airline.

Mr. Sealy has held a number of Board Directorships including the Chairman of the Barbados Water Authority 2006-2008 and Deputy Chairman Grantley Adams Airport Inc 2006-2008. He has been a Director of Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) since 2004. He owns a party goods retail business which is now in its 11th year of operation. In 1997 Mr. Sealy was appointed a Justice of the Peace and in 2006, a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his services to Civil Aviation in The Queen's New Year Honours. He has been an active Rotarian for 30 years and was President 2008-2009.

He is a senior finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in corporate development and management consulting. A graduate of the Military Institute of Engineering in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Mr. Cabral has worked with some of the most recognizable names in business during his career. Before joining AMBEV in 2017, he worked with PETROBRAS as a Corporate Development Advisor and for Credit Suisse as a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Alberto Gaudry Mr. Alberto Gaudry graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the Pan-American University in Mexico City.

Shortly after, he began his career as a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst for Grupo Modelo, before joining AB InBev as a National Productivity Coordinator in 2013. He was quickly promoted to the role of National Sales Distribution Manager and later, Regional Operations Director. In January 2017, he took up the role of AB InBev�s Logistics Projects Director with responsibility for the Middle Americas region. Mr. Gaudry describes himself as a result driven individual with a talent for improving the successes of the companies for which he works.

With over 18 years of experience working in ICT, Mr. Griffith ensures daily that BHL's technological systems and processes are operating efficiently and are well maintained across the Group. Our confidentiality, integrity, and information assets across the multiple access channels are guided, developed and maintained by Mr. Griffith and his team. He is results-oriented, self-motivated, pro-active and dynamic with high standards of ethics and outstanding leadership abilities.

Mrs. Lisa Ridley-Paul joined the BHL Group in 2007 as Group Human Resources Manager. In her role she is charged with leading the wider Human Resources team in executing initiatives geared at promoting an employee-oriented, high performance culture in support of organizational objectives.

With some 17 years' experience in the HR field, Mrs. Ridley-Paul is our knowledge resources for recruitment & development, succession planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, as well as Industrial Relations. Since 2011, she has represented the interests of the manufacturing sector as a member of the Barbados Employers' Confederation Council.

Mrs. Shafia London joined the BHL Group in May 2017 as the Group Marketing Manager. Before assuming the role, she served as CND (Cervecer�a Nacional Dominicana)�s Regional Commercial Manager for one year, before it became a subsidiary of AB InBev, and as CND�s Operations Commercial Manager for five years, under AB InBev.

In those positions, she would have directly managed the sales and marketing functions of the St. Vincent Brewery Ltd., The Dominica Brewery and Beverage Ltd., as well as the commercial activities of the company�s brands in other CARICOM markets, including Barbados. Mrs. London was a member of the leadership team that led the rapid and extensive growth of the company�s performance in the region. She has amassed a wealth of commercial experience in the beverage industry, having worked with brands such as Presidente, Hairoun, Kubuli, Guinness, Vitamalt, Budweiser and Corona. Prior to her work in the beer industry, Mrs. London was an entrepreneur, operating her own food manufacturing business. She�s also served as the Executive Director of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Mrs. London holds a Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering from University College London, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (Hons) with minors in Human Resource Management and Communication from the University of the West Indies. Additionally, she is a St. Vincent and the Grenadines National/Island Scholar and was the first female President of the 46-year-old Rotary Club of St. Vincent. Notwithstanding a demanding professional career, Mrs. London is also a wife and a mother and lives by the mantra: live, learn, laugh.

Mr. Charles Walcott is Banks Holdings Limited (“BHL”)’s Marketing Manager with responsibility for all brands within the BHL portfolio.

Mr. Walcott, a marketing maverick, joined BHL subsidiary, Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd. as the Category Manager responsible for brewed alcoholic brands in January 2013. In his prior role, Mr. Walcott most notably led the development of the successful brand strategy for DEPUTY beer during its introduction in the local market. This strategy saw the company’s market share improve substantially within a few months and laid the foundation for DEPUTY to become one of the company’s most successful brands.

Before joining the BHL Group, Mr. Walcott worked with another local beverage distributor as a brand manager and was also the Managing Director of ALT Entertainment, the company responsible for the immensely popular ‘Roamin’ television programme and the Boomtribe radio show. Mr. Walcott holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill.

During his eight years at AB InBev, Mr. Infante has worked in various departments, including human resources, labour relations and sales. Ms. Khadija Marshall was promoted to the position of Business Budgeting and Performance Manager and Sales Finance Manager of Banks Holdings Ltd. (BHL) in 2019 at the age of 29.

Ms. Marshall A Barbados Scholar and Queen�s College alumna with a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University College London, Ms. Marshall is currently the youngest member of the BHL Management Committee. Ms. Marshall joined Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd. (BBBL) in 2013 as a graduate engineer. She immediately began an upward trajectory within the BHL group, first as an Asset Care Analyst with BBBL, and eventually assuming the role of BHL�s Business Analyst in 2016, following the company�s acquisition by the ABI group. As a Business Analyst, she focused on pricing strategy, business analytics and market growth, successfully transitioning her mathematical and analytical abilities as an engineer into the financial arena. In 2017, Ms. Marshall was fast-tracked to management in the position of Business Budgeting and Performance Manager, responsible for her team�s management of costs and overheads as well as the target setting process for the commercial team. In her current role, she is also responsible for Accounts Payable, Receivable, Credit Management and Capital Expenditure. She�s also responsible for ABI�s operations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Dominica.

Mr. Wendell Scantlebury An experienced accountant with over 10 successful years in his field, Wendell Scantlebury joined Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) in 2018 as the Financial Controller. Before joining the BHL team, he was the Senior Accountant at another major local company, garnering invaluable experience.

As Financial Controller, he focuses on the control of statutory financials and the alignment of this information with local laws, as well as internal controls. Following his appointment to BHL�s Management Committee in 2019, Mr. Scantlebury is also responsible for the regulatory audits and financial controls of ABI�s operations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica and Antigua. A graduate of the University of Liverpool with a Master of Science in International Management as well as a Queen�s College alumna, Mr. Scantlebury has a proven track record of excellence in budgeting, internal controls and account reconciliation. He believes in producing results and developing simple but effective solutions for complex problems.

Mr. Ray Chee-A-Tow has been a member of the Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) team for over 20 years.

His introduction to the group came with his appointment as Brand Manager for the Barbados Bottling Company Ltd. (BBC) and a mere 4 years later he became the Marketing Manager for Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd. where he spearheaded numerous innovations for its portfolio of indigenous Barbadian brands. Mr. Chee-A-Tow has since been promoted to the post of Chief Commercial Officer after successfully serving as Group Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager.

Mrs. Cheryl Worrell joined the BHL Group in 2009 and within 3 years was promoted to Customer Relations Manager at Banks Distribution Ltd. Mrs. Worrell holds a BSc. in Management and Finance from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus as well as Senior Professional Certification in Supply Management.

She also successfully completed Certification in Incident Management & Crisis Resolution and Sales Leadership from Coca-Cola as well as Disney's Approach to Quality Service Programme, facilitated by the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Mrs. Worrell heads a team of five in a dynamic, service oriented environment as her Departmental aim is to act as a two way conduit between the Company and its customers and by extension valued consumers locally and regionally.
